No — I keep agreements flexible. Most commercial clients hire on a rolling weekly or monthly basis, so you're never locked into a long-term commitment you don't need.
Replacement is built into the service. Some environments (low light, high foot traffic, air conditioning) are tougher on plants than others, and I account for that when selecting varieties, but if something isn't thriving, I'll swap it out.
We aim to install during quiet hours with minimal disruption.

Delivery, styling, and ongoing maintenance are all included — watering, pruning, and health checks on a regular schedule, so your space always looks considered without any work on your end.
Yes — I work with your existing colour palette, pot finishes, and layout to choose plants and planters that feel intentional, not added on. I'll usually visit the space first to get a feel for it.

FAQ Property Styling

Yes — property styling for sale or lease is one of my main services. I style the space to feel warm and considered for photography and open homes, then collect everything once the property sells or the listing ends.
As early as possible once you've got a listing date, ideally a week or more ahead, so I can plan the right plants and pots for the space and get everything installed before photos.
Both. I work with a number of Sunshine Coast agents directly on styling for their listings, and I'm always happy to build that kind of ongoing relationship — reach out if you'd like to talk about a regular arrangement.
I collect everything once styling is no longer needed — there's a simple collection fee, and you don't need to manage the pickup yourself.
Yes — outdoor and indoor styling are both part of the service, so balconies, courtyards, and entryways can all be included in the brief.

For smaller pop-ups or markets, a couple of weeks is usually enough. For larger events or installations, I'd recommend reaching out 4-6 weeks ahead to make sure I can source the right greenery and plan the styling properly.
