FAQ Property Styling


  • Yes — property styling for sale or lease is one of my main services. I style the space to feel warm and considered for photography and open homes, then collect everything once the property sells or the listing ends.


  • As early as possible once you've got a listing date, ideally a week or more ahead, so I can plan the right plants and pots for the space and get everything installed before photos.


  • Both. I work with a number of Sunshine Coast agents directly on styling for their listings, and I'm always happy to build that kind of ongoing relationship — reach out if you'd like to talk about a regular arrangement.


  • I collect everything once styling is no longer needed — there's a simple collection fee, and you don't need to manage the pickup yourself.


  • Yes — outdoor and indoor styling are both part of the service, so balconies, courtyards, and entryways can all be included in the brief.

  • Full delivery, styling, and installation is included — I set everything up on-site before your event and collect it afterwards, so there's nothing for you

  • I handle collection — just let me know your pack-down time and I'll arrange pickup, no need to organise transport back yourself.
