A beach-meets-Hamptons family home in Nirimba's most sought-after pocket
Beautifully appointed from front to back, this stunning residence has been thoughtfully designed to deliver the space, style and functionality today's families are searching for — all within one of Nirimba's most sought-after pockets. Built in 2024, this modern family home needed styling that matched its clean, considered design, so I brought in greenery to soften the spaces and help buyers picture themselves at home the moment they walked through the door.

The Spaces
Outdoor Entertaining
The pool area became the heart of the outdoor styling. A giant palm anchors the seating space, with a large Yucca, Bird of Paradise and additional palm all planted in oversized white pots to match the home's clean, modern aesthetic.
At the outdoor table, an Island Jungle curation softens the space and adds texture against the crisp white vista — set against blue Sunshine Coast skies, it's about as quintessential a Sunshine Coast scene as it gets.
With expansive outdoor tiles and white fencing throughout, the greenery is designed to pop against a clean backdrop. Plant selection here wasn't just aesthetic — the western-facing sun in this spot is harsh, so hardy varieties like the Yucca and Chinese Palm were chosen specifically for their ability to thrive in tough, sun-exposed conditions.

Entry & Living Areas
Inside, a Bird of Paradise greets you at the entry, tucked beneath the stairs — the first hit of greenery as you step into the home.
In the lounge, two large feature Kentia Palms bring warmth and layered texture against the wooden floors, white furniture and modern stone kitchen. A tall white pot with a giant feature Fiddle Leaf Fig, alongside a large Rubber Plant, completes the space.
Every pot throughout was chosen in white — a deliberate choice to complement the home's beach-meets-Hamptons styling and keep the aesthetic cohesive from room to room.

Upstairs Landing Nook & Master
At the top of the stairs, two signature Fossil pots with Monstera and Kentia Palm soften the landing — greenery here does double duty, adding warmth to the space while also helping soften the acoustics of what can otherwise feel like a hard, echoey stairwell landing.
In the master bedroom, a Sage Curve pot with a Kentia Palm finishes the space with a calm, grounding note.
