Watermark Constructions — Calm, Architectural Greenery for a Modern Office
Watermark Constructions
Watermark Constructions is a Sunshine Coast construction company with an office that reflects the same considered aesthetic they bring to their projects. When iki and moss was brought in to style the Warana office, the brief was clear — considered, architectural greenery that let each space breathe and speak for itself.
The result is a pared-back, cohesive curation across seven spaces on two levels. Statement plants in Concrete Jungle pots throughout — calm, refined and effortlessly in keeping with the Watermark aesthetic.

The Spaces
First Desks — Ground Floor
An immediate botanical presence at the entry to the desk zone. A statement Kentia Palm in a Concrete Jungle Tall Large white pot grounds the space with architectural form and natural warmth — the first thing you notice when you walk in.
Plant: Kentia Palm · Pot: Concrete Jungle Tall Large, White
Back Wall — Ground Floor
A quieter moment at the rear of the ground floor — a Kentia Palm in a Concrete Jungle Tall Medium white pot anchoring the back wall with confidence. A considered botanical detail that adds depth without competing with the space around it.
Plant: Kentia Palm · Pot: Concrete Jungle Tall Medium, White
Top of Stairs Nook — Upper Level
The landing nook signals the shift to the upper level — and it needed a piece with presence. A Kentia Palm in a Fossil Concrete Jungle Curve Large pot sits with quiet authority, a weighty architectural moment that sets the tone for the floor above.
Plant: Kentia Palm · Pot: Concrete Jungle Curve Large, Fossil
Big Window — Upper Level
The upper level's natural light asset — a large window that called for something worthy of it. A Kentia Palm in a Fossil Concrete Jungle Curve Large pot makes the most of the light, architectural and lush in equal measure.
Plant: Kentia Palm · Pot: Concrete Jungle Curve Large, Fossil
Small Meeting Room — Upper Level
Structured, sculptural greenery for a client-facing space. A Monstera on a coconut pole in a Fossil Concrete Jungle Tall Small pot brings a considered botanical presence to the meeting room — adding interest and form without overcrowding an intimate space.
Plant: Monstera with coconut pole · Pot: Concrete Jungle Tall Small, Fossil
Boardroom — Upper Level
The boardroom received a refined treatment to match its purpose. A Kentia Palm in a Concrete Jungle Tall Small white pot anchors the space with calm authority. The incoming sideboard will be dressed with a considered plant or vase moment to complete the room.
Plant: Kentia Palm · Pot: Concrete Jungle Tall Small, White
Dark Office Entry — Upper Level
The most considered botanical treatment in the office — and the space that earned it most. The dark office entry could easily have felt heavy and uninviting. Instead a curated trio of Monstera, Mother-in-Law's Tongue and Lady Palm in a Concrete Jungle Tall Trio white pot brings warmth, depth and a sense of distinct zones to the space — three plants with complementary forms and strong low-light tolerance working together beautifully.
Plants: Monstera, Mother-in-Law's Tongue, Lady Palm · Pot: Concrete Jungle Tall Trio, White
The Result
A modern Sunshine Coast office styled with intention and restraint. Every plant placed with purpose, every pot chosen for cohesion — a considered curation that makes the Watermark Constructions office a genuinely better place to work and a space that reflects the quality of the business it houses. Weekly maintenance by iki and moss keeps every space looking exactly as it should, every single week.
